Throughout the COVID-19 journey, we have communicated online with our entire client base and had personal phone or video calls with more than 80% of you (along with hundreds of tenants). Keeping our communities, clients and team safe has been our number one priority, and our regular Zoom meetings have been an excellent tool for preparing us for business across all alert levels.
