Josh has a dynamic background in facilities and hospitality, making him a perfect fit for Viranda’s people-first culture.
He has a keen understanding of how buildings should operate, ensuring they’re safe, compliant and in top shape to grow in value.
His past experience includes managing equipment and facilities for Auckland University’s Medical and Health Sciences faculty, as well as coordinating Body Corporate and facilities management for residential apartments and high-rise office buildings.
To expand his expertise, Josh is on a learning pathway towards a certification in facilities management.
Something of a class clown, clients enjoy his playful personality, approachable nature and commitment to delivering results.
Outside of work, Josh is kept busy by his two SPCA rescue dogs, young family and enjoys playing sports especially football.
